TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Copyright to the logotype, design and images on the website is owned by Marianne Hellman Studio. Each piece of jewelry is handmade, which means no two pieces of jewelry can be identical. Casted jewelry may contain pores from the casting process which does not count as a flaw.

PURCHASE
The price is presented in SEK and includes 25% VAT.
International buyers are charged according to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase. Marianne Hellman Studio has an 18-yearold limit for purchases via the web shop. We reserve the right to limit or deny purchases without explanation.
DELIVERY
All purchases ships worldwide. The cost of delivery is noted at checkout prior to purchase. All purchases are delivered with Swedish postal service trackable deliveries and are paid for by the recipient. Any additional costs for international deliveries are paid for by the recipient. Purchased jewelry is ready for delivery within 5 business days after fulfilled payment. Information about estimated time for delivery on bespoke jewelry is provided before purchase. If delivered shipment is not collected the buyer is charged for return shipping.
RETURN
A purchased piece of jewelry can be returned within 14 days, provided that the item is completely unused, in an unaltered condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if this is not the case.
The return shipping must be traceable and paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the item until it is returned.
The cost of the jewelry is refunded when the return is received and approved.
The right to return does not apply to bespoke jewelry. More information is provided before purchase.
CHANGE
Please return the jewelry according to the terms and conditions and place a new order.
COMPLAINT
If the complaint concerns a purchased item, please contact info@mariannehellmanstudio.
Refunds are not offered if the item has been handled carelessly or not according to care instructions.
If the complaint concerns damage in connection with shipping, we ask you to take pictures of the packaging both before and after it is opened. Contact info@mariannehellmanstudio.
